ok i lied. there is one from april. i was busy in march, somehow.
early last month, i thought, frenzied, that i need to do more collages, so i resolved to start making little folding zines of collages, so that i'd do like 3 to 8 collages a month. here are the ones i did in march (and on tuesday):
| other people's riso misprints and a cool holographic flyer |
| my waterparks prowler tour ticket, reassembled |
| my least favourite of the bunch. but it's ok |
| "the pain comforts -- who wants to live anyway?" |
| "pack up" |
because i tend to prioritise my ideas over the process in collaging, leading to me going insane trying to find a particular kind of visual or word for one million years, i have conciously made the decision to downscale to A6 and keep to two or three sources for these. this has been very nice because now collaging doesn't take three hours but maybe one, or less even. hashtag yay.
i don't quite know how to word things today. so uh. just look at those collages again + tell me which one is your favourite, or any of your thoughts about them generally. i need to cook dinner now so badly. humgy.
love this and the blog!
